As we move to organize the ByLaws into a different data format, ALL bylaws will become avaialable in the newer database.
Currently, the ByLaws passed in 2013 are in the new database and the older bylaws will be entered into it as we have staff available to transfer the data.

Older ByLaws are sorted by Year and available from the menu below.

The by-laws posted on this site are for public convenience and information purposes only. The official versions of all by-laws are on file at the Municipal Office and should be consulted for interpretation and legal purposes.

To sort the Bylaws by either column, (ByLaw Number or Area of Concern), simply double click the appropriate top heading. If you have a specific thing to search , a quick search can be done in any area as well.
